現在このHPからの直接予約は出来ませんが、CONTACTのフォームからお客様のご希望のチェックイン、チェックアウト日と人数をお伝えいただければ、1〜2日中に予約可能かどうかと料金のご案内を、記入いただいたメールアドレスに返信いたします。
ご希望の日程が予約が可能なようであれば、お客様に代わってお部屋の確保もさせていただきます。

You can't make a reservation directly from this website at this time, but if you fill out the CONTACT form and tell us your preferred check-in and check-out dates and number of people, we will send you a confirmation of availability and a price quote within a day or two to your email address.
If your desired dates are available for booking, we will also book a room on your behalf.

京小宿　古川みやびは、シーズン及び宿泊人数による一棟貸し切りの料金設定を行っています。

6歳以下のお子様は大人と添い寝の場合、無料となります。
表記の金額は税込み金額となります。料金には、宿泊税が含まれております。
連泊のお客様には割引サービスを行っております。詳細はお問い合わせください。

Kyoto miyabi inn has a price set by the season and the number of guests.

Children under the age of 6 are free of charge when sleeping with an adult.
Amounts shown are inclusive of tax.
We offer a discount for guests staying multiple nights. Please contact us for more information.

お支払いについて/About payment/關於支付

事前決済をご希望の場合、Emailにて請求書をお送りいたしますので、クレジットカードにて決済処理を行ってください。

請求書を受け取られましたら出来るだけ早めにお支払いの処理をお済ませください。
現地での決済をご希望の場合、宿泊当日のチェックインの際に現金あるいはクレジットカードでのお支払いとなります。

必ず事前にご連絡ください。

予約保証のために事前にクレジットカード情報をご提供いただきます。
キャンセルポリシーは以下のとおりです。

　　ノーショー（不泊）　料金の100％が請求されます。

　　当日キャンセル　料金の100％が請求されます。

　　チェックインまで14日以内でのキャンセル　料金の50％が請求されます。

　　チェックインの14日前までは、無料でのキャンセルを受け付けます。

If you would like to pay locally, you can pay by cash or credit card at check-in on the day of your stay.

We will ask you to provide your credit card information in advance for a reservation guarantee.
Our inn's cancellation policy is as follows.

　　No-shows 100% of the fee will be charged.
　　Check-in day cancellation 100% of the fee will be charged.
　　Cancellations within 14 days of check-in will be charged 50% of the fee.
　　Cancellations made more than 15 days in advance are free.

如果您想提前付款，我們將通過電子郵件向您發送發票，請您在收到發票後儘快辦理信用卡付款手續。
如果您想在當地付款，您可以在入住當天用現金或信用卡付款。
請您一定要提前與我們聯繫。

我們會要求您提前提供您的信用卡信息，以保證預訂。
我們民宿的取消政策如下。

　　未取消而無入住，將收取100%的房費。
　　入住當天取消預訂，將收取100%的房費。
　　入住天前14至1天取消訂房，將收取50%的房費。
　　提前15天以上的取消預訂是免費的。
