You can't make a reservation directly from this website at this time, but if you fill out the CONTACT form and tell us your preferred check-in and check-out dates and number of people, we will send you a confirmation of availability and a price quote within a day or two to your email address.
If your desired dates are available for booking, we will also book a room on your behalf.

Kyoto miyabi inn has a price set by the season and the number of guests.

About payment
If you would like to make an advance payment, we will send you an invoice by email, so please process your payment by credit card.Please complete the payment process as soon as possible after you receive the invoice.
If you would like to pay locally, you can pay by cash or credit card at check-in on the day of your stay.

Our inn's cancellation policy is as follows.
No-shows 100% of the fee will be charged.
Check-in day cancellation 100% of the fee will be charged.
Cancellations within 14 days of check-in will be charged 50% of the fee.
Cancellations made more than 15 days in advance are free.
